Founder / CEO
Neelofa, a Malaysian celebrity and entrepreneur from Kelantan, has become a household name

fashion. Neelofa also launched TheNoor, an Islamic app for spiritual enrichment.

Shafik Ali is a seasoned strategist and innovator with over ten years in Fintech and digital
industries. As COO of TheNoor, he is developing an Islamic lifestyle app that integrates faith
with modern living. Previously, he founded Duittech International, pioneering Malaysia’s Islamic
“Buy Now, Pay Later” sector using AI and ML.
His work at PNMB Payfo focused on innovative digital products and strategic partnerships. With expertise from Bank Negara Malaysia, Shafik ensures compliance and operational excellence. Holding a Master’s in Islamic Finance from INCEIF and a BSc from City University of London.
